My product is stuck inside the shipping carton box, how can I safely remove it?
Make a slit in the packing tape on the sealed end to allow air flow, then tip the box on the open end and allow the product to gently slide out.
The inner cartons are not showing the cobra icon that was advertised, can I get a replacement?
Please check both sides of the inner carton to confirm there is a printing error. Unfortunately we do not offer replacements for the inner cartons.
I think I’m missing one or more of my sticker sheets!
You should have received 3 different stickers sheets in a poly bag. They can be found in the top box containing the figures.
I can’t find my patches or instructions?
The patches and instructions are placed in a poly bag, inside of the bag with the sticker sheets. Please look carefully and confirm they are missing.
There are fingerprints on my plane, I would like a replacement
We are very sorry you have received a product with signs of handling during our production process. Please know that the fingerprints can be wiped off for a clean look!
I’m having a hard time inserting the rear canopy, is it broken?
The rear canopy should have the cannons facing the tail of the plane to be inserted correctly. If you continue to have problems, simply rotate the canopy until the groove slots into place in the correct orientation. It can freely rotate once it has been inserted.
How can I turn on the lights?
The button to activate the light sequence is located on the top of the plane, just behind the rear canopy.
How can I fold the wings into vertical position / VTOL (vertical takeoff and landing) mode?
The button to release the wings is on the underside of the engines, marked with the word “Release” and an arrow. Press the button, pull the wing away from the plane, and turn upward.
The helmet for my Baroness figure does not fit over her head, is it defective?
The Baroness figure includes several swappable hair pieces, including a helmet. The helmet should be worn like a separate hair piece, directly on the head of the figure.
Can I disassemble the plane after putting it together?
Our connections are designed to be a one-time snap. We do not recommend taking the plane apart after assembly, but some smaller pieces (canopy, rear tail fins) are removable.
The window box containing my figures has the b-hook punched out of the plastic hang tag. Can I get a replacement with an un-punched tag?
All inventory of our figure boxes have the punched tag. We cannot offer a replacement for this issue.
My landing gear back wheels feel different, one feels looser than the other. Is this normal?
The landing gear are designed with a spring release mechanism that when closed may make the wheels appear to not be fully lifted into the plane, but this is a normal part of the design.
The wings are not flush with the plane, there is a gap. Can this be fixed?
Due to the mechanism design for the VTOL wings feature, the wings may not sit perfectly flush against the main body of the Rattler plane.
I'm having difficult removing the screw from the cover
Try using a flathead screwdriver.
While the screw head does have Phillips head markings, one side of the slot is extended to accommodate a flathead, which allows for better pressure application and easier removal.
